Basic configuration for HZS series of concrete mixing station

    HZS Series Concrete batching plant is consist of the the mixing machine of concrete mixing station master, material weighing system, material handling systems, material storage system and control system, five major systems and other ancillary facilities.
    1. Mixer
    According to its mixing way, it is divide into compulsory mixer and self-loading mixer. Compulsory mixer is widely used in mixing station at home and abroad. it can stir fluidity, semi-rigid and rigid, and other dry concrete. Since the fall mixing console main stir flowing concrete, it is rarely used in the mixing station. Compulsory mixer according to the spindle structure is divided into a planetary mixer, single horizontal shaft mixer and twin-shaft mixer, especially twin-shaft compulsory mixer is best in the performance of the integrated using.
    2. Material weighing system
    Material weighing systems, mainly divided into aggregate weighing, weighing powder and liquid weighing three parts. Under normal circumstances, 20m3 / aggregate (sand, stone) with a steelyard, cement and powders with a steelyard, water and liquid additive were weighed, and then the liquid additive is delivered to pre-mixed water bucket. In 50m3 / weighing using a variety of materials independent manner, all have adopted electronic weighing scales and computer control. Aggregate weighing accuracy is 2%, cement, powder, water and additives weighing accuracy reached 1% .
    3 material conveyor systems
    The material conveyor systems is consist of aggregate conveyor, powder conveyor and liquid feed three parts. Currently aggregate conveyor has a hopper and belt conveyor transporting two ways. The advantages of the hopper conveyor are small footprint, simple structure. The advantages of the belt conveyor are long transport distance, high efficiency, low failure rate. Belt conveyor is mainly used to the mixing station which has the aggregate waiting hopper that can help mixing station increase productivity. Powder conveying: cement, fly ash and slag are available for cement.  Currently screw conveyor is widely used in the process of the powder’s transport. In large mixing plant and the pneumatic conveying and scraper conveyor was used widely. The advantages of the screw conveyor is simple in structure, low cost, and reliable. Liquid delivery mainly refers to the delivery of water and liquid additive.
    4. Material storage system
    The concrete materials storage system are the same substantially, there are aggregates are stored in open dumps (also urban large-scale commercial concrete mixing station use a closed silo); powders was enclosed with steel silo storage; additives with a steel container.
    5. Control System
    Control system is a central system of the equipment package. According to different user requirements and the size of the mixing station control system has different functions and formulation. In general, small mixing plant has a simple control system. The system of the large mixing station is complicate relatively.
