JS Series Concrete Mixer

     First, JS concrete mixer is a compulsory high efficiency machine, and is the matched host machine of concrete batching plant. It is sealed with engineer oil and grease. Put engineer oil and grease to stir uniformity, through the grease gun putting oil to manually oiler or electrically operated oiler. Cannot make the machine a shortage of oil, as long as the machine is not a shortage of oil, it will be able to guarantee the proper functioning of the concrete mixer, once the oil leakage will make the machine appear bearing wear.

    The other hand is that you cannot make the heavy machine start, heavy machinery starting means concrete mixing drum also having concrete when concrete mixer stops, this is a fatal blow to concrete mixer, and easily leads to mixing arm or major axis bending, burnt motor, and so on. Remove clean the concrete in mixing drum and again feed material when the machine running.

    Each user should always timely maintenance of concrete mixer during using, so that the concrete mixer can have a longer service life, and quick and safe completing production tasks.
