Basic Requirements of Concrete Design in Concrete Batching Plant

In concrete batching plant, the concrete mix proportion refers to the proportional relationships between the constituent materials in concrete. Concrete mix proportion is usually indicated by the mass of concrete materials per cubic meter, or expressed as a proportion of materials of various materials (cement quality is 1).
Basic Requirements of concrete proportion design:
1. Meet the strength grade of concrete design.
2. Meet the concrete workability of construction requirements.
3. Meet the durability of concrete operating requirement.
4. Achieve to save cement and reduce the cost of concrete after meeting the above conditions.
On the surface, calculation of concrete mix proportion only is the four materials usage of cement, sand, gravel and water. In essence, it is based on component materials to determine three parameters to meet the four basic requirements: water-cement ratio, unit water consumption rate and sand ratio.
