Preparatory work and inspections before work for Self loading Concrete Mixer Vehicle

Self-loading mixer trucks have played an increasingly important role in the construction industry. In order to ensure the normal operation of the self-loading mixer truck and give full play to the benefits of the equipment, we should carefully repair and maintain the self-loading mixer truck.

The following are some preparatory work and inspections before work:

Check whether the self-protection equipment of the vehicle's air compressor is reliable and whether the air pressure is stable;

Check whether the water supply of the water pump is sufficient and whether the pipeline is unblocked

Whether the opening and closing of the silo door, cement hopper door, intermediate collection hopper door, and discharge door of the self-loading mixer truck are sensitive and reliable;

Also check whether the joint bolts of the main blades of the self-loading mixer truck are firm;

Check whether the electrical equipment is connected normally and whether the limit switch action switches are sensitive and reliable;

Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in each lubrication point and the reducer.
